This Quarter's Warehouse "Give Back" Opportunity!
Church Health Services provides dental, mental health, and medical services primarily for the low-income, uninsured, and underinsured individuals in south-central Wisconsin.
Their core mission is to provide quality healthcare to those with the greatest unmet needs, regardless of age or faith, and to re-involve the church and community in a cooperative effort for health and healing.
Key aspects of what they do include:
- Dental Care: Comprehensive exams, cleanings, X-rays, fillings, extractions, and root canals.
- Mental Health Care: Counseling services for adults, adolescents, and children, including individual, marriage and family counseling, and AODA (Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse) counseling.
- Medical Care: Historically, they have offered medical clinics, and they also assist with providing access to free or low-cost prescription medications, insulin, and medical supplies.
